John graduated in Physics from The University of Edinburgh in 1994 and remained within the department to complete a PhD in Fluid Dynamics in 1999. He became a Chartered Physicists in 2003 and a Chartered Engineer in 2005.

He has worked for over ten years managing a wide variety of technical projects from concept design, through construction and commissioning to handover and running operation.

John joined Peter Graham & Associates in April 2011.
